We’ll shipped within 1-3 Day in Business hours after order confirmed by Thai Post Service. For urgent required, we will use a distance-based fee messenger service.

International Shipping

We’ll shipped within 1-3 Day in Business hours after order confirmed.


Worldwide shipping will be handled by Thailand Registered Air Mail

and it will take 7-21 days after shipped 
To Asia: 7-10 days.
To Australia: 7-10 days.
To Europe: 10-14 days.
To Amarica: 14-21 days.

Return and Refund

In the case of returned or refund because defective products

Please contact us by email or phone within 7 days after the item arrives before returning it. 


Simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 7 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method.

 

In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following products are not eligible for return and refund: Sale Product, Selected Product, Cooperate Product, Product that have been used, Product damaged or soiled at the customer's risk. Product that have passed 7 days after their arrival

In case of return or refund because customer's order error

For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 7 days of the date you receive the product. 

 

Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee.Please send it to our shop by "Registered Mail". 

 

Customers are responsible for the bank transfer fee for refunds will be deducted from the product price.
